Place

In terminology, place refers to an immobile container or receptacle which holds another body; the bounds of that which is contained and is in contact with; the outermost bounds of that which is contained; the surface of a body situated there; the concave surface of an encompassing body; a certain determined relationship wherein an object has a position with respect to some other object near at hand; a particular region within some boundary.
